  • Now, the Next Type of Nutrient is Proteins. Proteins are made out of amino acids, and amino acids are the building blocks of tissues. Protein's can also help in growth/development. Protein can be found in meats, seafood, poultry, Beans, Peas, Nuts, Seeds, and Dairy Products.
  • So Why can't this young gentlemen add chicken to his meal?
  • You don't have to be embarrassed. Just learn the Nutrients you should eat, and you will be fit and healthy.

  • There is also Fat. Fat is our main source of energy for our body. Fats are used in metabolic processes involving hormones. Fats also insulate our bodies, and protects our body. Our cell membranes have fat and 60% of our brain is made of fat.
  • I know what foods fats are in. For example Animal and Dairy Products, Oils, Avocadoes, Canola Seeds, and coconuts all have fats in them.
  • VItamins are the next type nutrient you should eat. VItamins help in growth, development, and maintenance of the immune system. They are water/fat soluble.

  • This time, I know the answer in which foods Vitamins are in. DIfferent Vitamins are in Different Foods, and you should have a variety of foods to get your Vitamins.
  • Lastly, There are minerals. Minerals are needed for body structure, such as calcium for our bones and teeth. They are essential for our body and minerals are elements. Different minerals can be found in different foods, so eating a variety of foods is healthy.

  • Wow! Minerals are just like Vitamins. You need to eat different foods to have consume minerals.
