  • Oh I totally get that dude. But it's inappropriate to let these things completely take over your life and change who you are as a person. If you need some time to yourself, that's okay. if you're feeling negative, the worst thing you could do is shut other people out!
  • Wow dude that completely changed my perspective! I feel absolutely terrible for treating you and those around me like that. I'll start looking for resources to help me right away!

  • If you're ever struggling and in need of help, don't be afraid to reach out. You can reach resources through people you trust, such as a teacher or a school counselor. If you're too scared to approach someone in person, you can call the Suicide Hotline (988) and find the support you need there, too.
  • These resources are valid and reliable; You'll always be able to call the Suicide Hotline, and it's been alive and helping people in need since 2005! School counselors and certain teachers have been trained to help with these kinds of issues, but will always be able to point you in the right directions.
