Alex and Teresa communicate in english Huang has a hard time trying to decode what they are saying. He usually only understands around half of what they are saying and the other half is lost in translation.

Because of Huang’s poor language communication, Alex, Teresa and Emma do not pay attention to his ideas even though he is highly qualified
Scene 6 (Conclusion)
Teresa and Emma do not bother about the fact that Huang does not communicate fluently in English. So they speak very quickly and use very specific words that Huang does not understand.
The boss of In-T wants to have a meeting with Huang regarding a project. Huang has been mistreated at work and it shows through his speaking tone and body language. Due to this, his boss also gets frustrated with him and decides not to consult him further as a result of his emotional instability.
After going to counselling, Huang has been able to work normally at the office. Once his co-workers have heard of what happened, they felt a sense of guilt and started to treat him better and speak in an easier way to better communicate with Huang.
