- Who are they?
- They don't want us to leave. That's why they shut everything off.
- The story is taking place on Maple Street U.S.A. On Maple Street there lives Charlie, Steve, Pete Van Horn, Mr and Mrs. Goodman, Don, and a few other people that will witness what will happen on Maple Street.
- Climax
- Something that looks like a meteor lands on Maple Street and people do not know what it is. Some say it was just a meteor. But that doesn't explain all of the power going out, and things randomly turning on.
- Falling Action
- Yes.
- Didn't you say yesterday that you were making something in your basement?
- Yea, I love having off days.
- The people of Maple Street don't know what happened so they start accusing people. First they start accusing Les Goodman of being an alien because his car started. Then they start accusing Tommy of being one of the things that came over in the UFO, because he knows so much about the UFO.
- Resolution
- We didn't even have to do anything and they are going crazy.
- A strange figure comes toward the mob of people that are already scared and just figured out that aliens landed in that meteor. It gets closer and closer and then Charlie takes the gun from Steve and shoots the figure. When they go to see who or what was just shot they see Pete Van Horns face dying on the pavement. After that everyone goes crazy accusing people of being aliens, because they don't know who's who.
- After they see Charlie they start accusing Charlie of being an alien because he was so quick to kill Pete. They the figures out that Steve is building a radio in his basement so they think that he may be trying to signal the aliens or figure out where they are.
- After they all are accusing Steve of being an alien. Two figures talk to each other on a hill in a distance where they can see them saying that their job was done and they didn't have to do anything. Because the people are tearing each other apart because they don't know how to solve the problem.
