I researched about the name clause yesterday and realized where i went wrong and changed the name to shoe fever and I submitted it to the registrar of companies along with two others in the order of their priority. Thank you so much for your help Sara !!

It is so considered if the name suggests that the company is in a particular business or it is an association of a patent type when it is not true .(c ) If its is violative of the provisions of the emblem and names ( prevention of improper use ) Act 1950
