Men, I have gathered you here today to discus the issue of the Native Americans in our newly acquired territory of Georgia. As you all may know, Chief Justice John Marshal stated that we cannot relocate the Indians. However, if he wants to tell me what to do then, he can enforce his rules. I do not care that it is"unconstitutional" I want the Indians gone!! So, I have decided to start the Indian Removal Act. This act provides the U.S. Government the power to remove the Indian from their territory. All we have to do is provide them "support" during the relocation period. Though it is winter, we will start the relocation process now. First on the list, the Choctaw Indians. Let's get moving men!

LISTEN HERE PEOPLE, by order of president Jackson in the newly made Indian removal act you must now pack and start the journey west. You get 10 minutes to pack, then we will start on the trail.
OH NO! President Jackson is a hateful man. What have we ever done to him?
This trail has been incredibly grueling. It is one full of tears. So many of our fellow natives have perished on this terrible journey. The US government, though promised has not provided us with the proper supplies. We were not given safe food, medicine, or proper clothing. WHY OH WHY did president Jackson do this to us. CURSE HIM!
