  • Fiber is a very important part of one's diet. It regulates the body's sugars helping to keep blood sugar and hunger in check.

  • Fats are an important part of our diet because they help the body absorb vitamin A, D, and E.
  • Fats can be found in foods such as cheese,  meat products, sour cream, ice cream, butter and cakes.
