- "The security guard had his hands around myneck, I couldn't breathe and thought I was dying." said Ahnini.

- "My arms and legs werepinned down so I couldn't move.” said Ahnini
- Scene 3
- “AllI could think about was getting the guard's hands off my neck so I couldbreathe again so I bit his hand." said Ahnini
- Ahnini said that the security guard had his hands around his neck, he couldn't breathe and thought he was going to die.
- Scene 4
- Ahnini said that his arms and legs were pinned down so he couldn't move.
- Scene 5
- "It is felt that a furtherstatement would be required from the IP as the original one is of insufficientdetail in terms of the justification for the level of force used etc." Alater police log entry states.
- Ahnini said that all he could think about was getting the guard's hands off his neck so he could breathe again so he bit his hand.
- Scene 6
- "It is not necessarily common practice toask witnesses to complete additional statements, but is perfectly reasonable toexpect a supervisor to seek to get the best evidence for every allegation of acriminal offence. Sometimes this means additional statements are taken."The police spokesman said.
- The CCTV footage stated that the IP [injured party] was shown to use force to pick up and threw the suspect to the floor and appeared to show the IP was holding the suspect around the neck as he alleges.
