Here, our maincharacter is at a party where he sees other people dancing. The uncondition simuli is the sight of dance. The uncnonditioned response is caused due to the unconditioned stimuli. In this circumstance, the unconditioned response is also dancing. For some reason, as he dances he drinks a lot of water. As he keeps dancing he has to pee more. The neutral stimulus at first is the fact that he has to pee which didn't cause a reaction at first.
Woah, dancing looks like so much fun!
YEAH, BABY! I GOT THE GROOVE TODAY!
I got to PEE!
The neutral stimuli is now connected with the unconditioned stimuli. Now, our main character has to go pee at home which is the condtioned stimulus. Since he had to pee so much while dancing, his brain linked that to peeing which causes him to dance everytime he has to pee. The dancing is the conditioned response. Overtime, he starts to forget about the party and doesn't respond to peeing like he use to. The stimulus is now extinct.
