- I am really worried I'm going to get my first period during school, as I don't know anything. I am not prepared at all

- Oh no Ava, please do not worry I will always be here for you and help you because as you know I have had my period and you can always come to me

- Really, I had no clue their were signs. Now, if I feel any of those signs, it might relate to my period
- The signs of your period can be getting cramps in your lower belly , getting pimples, or having sore breasts and feeling tired.
- Yes it's unusual, but very unique how our body works.
- Let's continue on from the bathroom , so now I will be telling you how your period happens .When your ovaries release an egg into the dallopian tube, you get your period. The uterine lining thickens in preparation for the egg to be fertilised when this happens. The lining sheds if reproduction does not occur because the body no longer needs it.
- I know you might be worried about getting your period but don't be because every girl will have felt like this and understands what you're going through. It also means your body is very healthy and growing
