Hi. Did you read that article I sent you that was about an organization called United Cerebral Palsy?
Hi, yes! I was inspired by how they can make a difference in our community.
Ucp helps children and adults that have cerebral palsy by supporting families, employment guides, health and wellness tips, financial resources, and education.
It also provides online resource for communities, parents, and caregivers to exchange information and to help young children with any developmental disability or delay to start achieving a life without limits at an early age.
You know, it was found in 1949 after a man named Leonard Goldenson and his wife. They decided to create a way to provide resources and services for people with cerebral palsy and their families.
Yes, these resources were limited for people with cerebral palsy, but Goldenson wanted to give people from low income families, people afraid of their child's disabilities, or people who needed help understanding cerebral palsy, a place to go to find help.
It is also non-profitable.
And this charity's score is 87.97 and it's star rating is 3.
Now, UCP is the largest national organization for people with cerebral palsy.
That's because they created a sense of unity.
Welcome. Watch out for the next one!
Thank you for sending me this interesting article, it was very fun to read!
