- McQueary has used Ritchie Bros in the past to dispose of assets. A recent notification about Ritchie Bros new offering caught Lou's attention.

- Lou got started by simply uploading the existing spreadsheets and connecting with their software? Ritchie Bros then presented Lou with a fleet dashboard containing all of McQueary's data and more. McQueary's recent purchases from Ritchie Bros were pulled in, and automated alerts for service intervals were added to Lou's fleet. Lou also was given options for purchasing services or parts on the equipment currently in service.Lou was also able to see how his fleet utilization stacked up against similar companies.
- Just today, Ritchie Bros notified me that this loader is in high demand in our Rocky Mountain area. It recommended I sell it for a set price, via a listing, and automated all of the details, including logic on when to reduce the price if it hasn't sold. The process was simpler than anything I've seen before
- After selling our old loader in just a week, the digital assistant from Ritchie Bros began recommending new loaders to fill our fleet. Not only did it provide estimates for in-use date based on the item quality, but it even showed total cost of acquisition and ownership, and gained pre-approvals for financing.We were able to select, pay for, and get updates all on the same day, and our new loader arrived ready to work just a week later!
