But then the dotcom bust of 2001 happened, along with all the IT outsourcing. ICI went bankrupt and I could not find work for over a year. It was the toughest part of my life.
It was a medical equipment store. I implemented some technology into the business, and resurrected the business. My life was finally stable again.
What do I do?
But then Medicare made some big changes that affected MHS negatively. So, I started looking again and found a business called Affinity Health Care, a home health care business.
Desperate for anything, I bought a dying business that was for sale, called Mount Holly Surgical Supplies. I never expected the success I got from it.

I was able to make the business into a success, and I realized I had a skill for turning distressed businesses into successes.

Definitely when I was without work. I could not pay the kids tuition. It really makes you learn how to be self sufficient.
Well, recently I've been looking into the steel industry to diversify my portfolio of business.
And what would you say was the hardest thing you experienced during this story?
