- Representative Higgins is on the way to the Capitol for todays session. His Anti-Fracking bill is up for a final vote.
- Everyone is gathered in the rotunda before session starts. Higgins is checking with his fellow Represenatives about their support for his bill, HB 4084.
- HB 4084 PASSED
- He realises that not everyone supports his measure and he needs to persuade them quickly or he will loose the vote. He takes his phone out.
- He opens the MiLeg App. He is quickly able to locate some compelling video testimony on the terrible effects of fracking delivered at the last committee meeting about HB 4084.
- The Representatives were convinced of the damages of fracking and his bill passes.
- Representative Higgins has a very successful session and is elected Govenor in the next local elections. He is considering running for President.
