Studentiem jāsaprot, ka mūsu vārdiem ir sekas. Kad upuri tiek terorizēti, viņi piedzīvo bailes, satraukumu un pazeminātu pašnovērtējumu. Tas var likt upuriem mainīt savu izturēšanos un intereses, lai pārliecinātos, ka viņi atrodas drošā situācijā. Bieži vien tas beidzas ar izolāciju un iepriekšējo interešu zaudēšanu, piemēram, sportu, klubiem, socializāciju. Tas var izraisīt arī ekstrēmākus iznākumus. Kad upuri jūt, ka viņus nepieņem, viņi var izveidot bīstamus ieradumus, lai palīdzētu tikt galā ar šo stresu. Tas var izpausties kā atkarība, ēšanas traucējumi vai pat paškaitējums.
Šajā nodarbībā studenti izveidos huligānisma upura laika grafiku. Darbības, piemēram, parādītās, var palīdzēt studentiem iztēloties viņu vārdu ietekmi, palīdzot viņiem padomāt pirms runāšanas. Šīs aktivitātes mērķis ir novērst huligānismu. Pēc tam, kad studenti ir pabeiguši darbu, pārrunājiet, kā ilgtermiņa efekts var saglabāties pieaugušā vecumā.
