mother, you never,ever said a kind word or a thank you for your tedious chores
by using these order of words, the speaker wants to seem older or even quite Shakespearean.
father, your breath smells like a camels and gives me the hump.
the speaker wants the reader to be on her side and feel like she is in eternal torment, by her mothers hands.
have you gone off in a huff, lady muck?
the speaker is trying to emphasise how evil her mother is by saying "never, ever". she also tries to make the reader feel sorry for her by explaining that she has to do the same thing over and over again .
the speaker is now giving out blows unprovoked, she uses a simile to reiterate how much she despises her parents .
her father uses a mocking tone to make it obvious that he is not taking her seriously
