Goodmorning everyone I am Goodman from woolworths it has come to my attention that one our managers has been abusing his power to exploit workers. Mr Marcus over to you Sir
One of our members has lodged a complaint that her manager has been abusing her not giving her off days and exploit her by underpaying her.

Theres evidence concrete evidence stating that you acted that way towards the employee. You still denying that?
Firstly let me introduce myself my name is Gert. The allegations that have been lodged against me are nothing but false.
All evidence against the manager has been produced to woolworth's head office manageres. We are giving you a chance to explain these allegations that have been lodged against you
Linda and Grace are walking towards the woolworths head office together with Marcus who will be the head negotiater for Grace's problem.

Now that the evidence has been submitted. The fellow manager has failed to prove himself with concrete evidence that the complaints laid against him are false. We have to eventually come to a conclusion.
Negotiations are in progress. Marcus is standing for Grace and negotiating on behalf of her.

Goodman will be dealt with accordingly. In conclusion i suspend him with immediate effect pending investigation.
Because of the evidence the union provided or submitted I will have to decide on giving the employee Grace whats due to her. Her payslips will be evaluated and every money she lost will be paid back to her. In terms of her off days that will also be looked . We would like to apologise sincerely to Grace.
Part of being a trade union organisation is providing evidence for the employees complains, so that when the head people makes a decision they make one that is suitable for both parties.

The woolworths head manager needs to come to a decision that is going to favour both parties. He has to be neutral when making the decision.
We would like Goodman argue with the presented evidence if not the head manager provides us with a relevant solution.
The head manager decided on the matter and Grace walked out feeling happy that she got whats due to her'
Thank you Sir for providing us with a solution im sure Grace is also happy with the verdict
