So we all agree not to dissolve right?
Yes, with all the riots and the soldiers' mutinies, it's obvious that the Tsar no longer holds the people's favor.
The people are actively in rebellion at this point!
To end this chaos we need to reform the government. We should pressure Nicholas II to abdicate and set up a provisional government till we can set up one the people approve of.

And so on March 15, 1917
I, Nicholas the second, abdicate the throne for me and my son and pass the crown to my brother, Michael.
But I refuse to accept the imperial authority of the Tsar unless it is a result of democratic action. Therefore, I accept the provisional government's authority.
Thus, the 300 year Romanov Dynasty has come to an end.
