- This is an example of newtons first law of motion: An object in motion stays in motion until an unbalanced force acts upon it.

So he went home and found out that Newton's 3rd law of motion explains that every action has an equal or opposite reaction. Why'll boxing, he feels the reaction as a push back from the bag.
