while maya was searching through her grannys living room for old photos. she came across an old dusty dragon lamp on the shelf. she wiped away the dust with her hand, she noticed that the eyes on the dragon lit up bright yellow and all of a sudden a magical purple flash made a door appear out of thin air and zapped her into a enchanted forrest

maya gets lost in the woods and starts to panic when all of a sudden a friendly bader comes out from behind a bush. she explained what happened and he shared that his name was pip and that he was also lost so they both agreed to help eachotehr find their way home

pip remembered that his home was next to a big tree so they follow a path and come across one of pips friends called timmy the squirrel. timmy said he knows that tree becsue he goes there to get hazelnuts for the winter. with timmys help pip is home in no time and to mayas supprise she is also nearly home as she is back at the bridge which the dragon lamp was placed on. she pucks up the lamp and within a blink of an eye she was home again with her granny was waiting for her in the kidchen ready to hear all her storys!
