What will happens once Ragnarok is happening?
There will be 3 winters full of bloody wars, all moral reasons will be lost, and evil will run wild upon the earth and leave it in ruin

How will the war end?
Then, after the 3 long winters, the world will be consumed by evil and destruction. The heavens will end, the moon, the sun, mountains, and forests will all be brought to an end by prime evil. Finally, a great wave will crash upon Midgard destroying it.

Finally, the world will be set to an eternal blaze that will burn and kill every mortal and god that once lived on earth. All humans will run, eventually burn and join evil Hel.
That is how it ends, and the world once again rebuilt like it did before and turned into what it is now.
Although life did eventually restart again, and all was born again, the Norse origin story ending in complete evil and destruction is a true representation of the story and their culture, as many of it was ruled by fighting and an overall aggressive lifestyle.
