This was capable of tabulating statistics, recording sorting data or information. They used it in the US for the census!
And the Differential Analyzer could do huge calculations in a matter of minutes

It really was. Then in 1951, the UNIVAC 1 became the first successful commercial computer which was a big step forward in computing!
It was used for scientific business applications it demonstrated the potential of electronic computing

That happened in 1977, with the Apple ii. It was one of the first personal computers people could actually buy.
Wait, so when did computers become more personal to use?
It used a microprocessor and could run basic software like word processors and games.
Then in the 1990's , Tim Berner's- Lee invented the World Wide Web, which basically opened the door for the internet as we know it today.
