- Status Quo - Zaniyah wakes up, Eats breakfast, And starts to get ready for the day, As usual.
- Call to adventure - Call to adventure- Zaniyah goes into her brothers room, to see that he's not there, so she searches the house to see if she can find anyone but no one was there.
- Assistance - Zaniyah walks over to her neighbors house and told her that her whole family is gone and cannot be found. Her neighbor starts to give her a hint on how to find them . She tell her to continue to search around the neighborhood.
- Departure - Zaniyah starts to search the neighborhood. She walked down to a road that was a dead end, and she noticed that there was a trail of feet leading into the woods. She follows the trail of feet deep into the woods. there was a big pile of leafs and zaniyah stepped in the pile and when she did she fell down a whole. A few seconds later she opened her eyes, and she was in a big grass land with beautiful flowers and a waterfall, and a bunch of different types of animals.
- Trials - She notices a huge treehouse ahead. So she decides to go check it out. Just as she stepped onto the first of many steps it started to dissolve. So she quickly stepped onto the other step. That repeated on the whole staircase. She heard a voice calling for help . So Zaniyah slowly started to open the door , She noticed that there was thousands of tiny, sharp, metal spikes sticking up from the floor of the treehouse. Zaniyah thought that there was no possible way to get to the voice without getting herself hurt.
- Approach - zaniyah managed her way across the room with spikes. She then opened The next door that lead to a long dark hallway with another door on the end. She opened the door, and there was 6 people standing there with long swords. The people asked Zaniyah what she was doing there and she said she was looking for her family. The people told her that they had her family but they refused to tell her where they were so she was h very upset that she couldn’t find her family. Loosing her family was her biggest fear.
