Hey John, are you okay. I have seen you have been really down recently and you have not been yourself. Are you alright.
No im not okay, my dog Olly died and I cant get over it. Everything is just bad at the moment.

Your right, I cant seem to get over the fact that Ollys gone. Everything has been going down hill now. Ive lost my job and I also broke up with my girlfriend and I feel like I have no purpose any more
Hey John, I spoke to you a about a month ago, I just wanted to check in with you, because I have seen that you are not improving, and that you have also lost your job, and look much more tired.
Dont say that, Of course you have a purpose you just have to make sure you maintain healthy habits. May I suggest that you see someone John? It will definitely benefit you.

I really wanted to thank you Anna, I saw my local GP and he is giving anti depressants that are making feel a lot better and my life is back on track, I also got a new job.
