He is Don Pancho de Mendoza, an unpleasant man but considered an important man in the town who plans   the marriage of his daughter Rosaura
He is Eduardo a provincial who has studied in Quito,   the eternal love of Rosaura, who will be willing to   fight for his love
Don Pancho along with the priest, seek to marry   Rosaura with Don Anselmo de Aguirre who is characterized by having great wealth
Rosaura declares herself emancipated, both from the   father and the husband. He then escapes, pistol in   hand with unknown direction
Rosaura lives a disorderly existence, focused on revenge against her father. unfortunately in the first days of October Rosaura dies
The authorities discover countless letters in which Rosaura recounts her sad life. Eduardo decides to visit her, encountering the terrible news and a tragic farewell
