Hi I have this lump on my neck, can you tell me what it is?
I will get this biopsy sample and send it to a pathologist for further investigation.

Here are your test results: the pathologist said you have this rare cancer called anaplastic thyroid cancer. I will have to consult with a domain expert to determine the best course of action.
