That's a LOT of hours! But it's super important for your body!

When you go to sleep, that's when your body heals the fastest!

But... What happens if i can't get to sleep?
That's a good question! Well, we will take a look at a few techniques to do when you can't sleep!

One super important thing you can do is stay off of devices, like an iPad or phone at least 2 hours before bed!

How many of you put your technology away and hour or two before bed? No lying!

Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 and out for 4. (4x4x4)
*Whisper* And you can also do some breathing techniques! Like box breathing

Remember! Breathe in for 4 seconds, then hold for 4 seconds and breathe out for 4 seconds. Don't do it too fast, you'll loose your breath too quickly!
