(Summary) A monster appears and attacks the mead hall, killing many people but refusing to attack the King.
(Summary) A warrior named Beowulf hear's tale's of the monster tormenting the Danes and goes to Denmark from Norway with his geats.
Beowulf's friend Wiglaf.
I am Beowulf and I declare that we will slay the monster that is tormenting the Danes.
The monster is named Grendel, Hero.If you slay the beast then I shall give you this dragon gourd.
(Summary) Beowulf arrives and speaks to the King, promising to slay Grendel

(Summary) Beowulf and his men stay in the mead hall. Grendel appears and it's arm is ripped off by Beowulf rsulting in it's death
(Summary) After Grendel dies his mother gets revenge by going and killing people in the mead hall.

(Summary) Beowulf has came and promised the king that he shall defeat the beast known as Grendel's mother.
