- This has been happening for a few weeks now and we just know it is her that doing this.
- Hello sir, Like they just said I have been living next to them for years now, Why would I suddenly start trashing there yard now? I have full respect for this couple and would never want to do that to them. They also dont have any proof that it was me. Just because I live next door it could have been anyone.

- Mr. and Miss. Lopez do you have any sort of proof like a ring bell or anything like that?
- Well yes we do have a ring for our doorbell but it is currently not working so we could not have caught her trashing out yard but we do know it was her!

- Well if you do not have any proof expect accusing her that she did this I can not do anything about this so this case will have to be ajured.

- OK I think I have hear enough from both sides of you today. Ms.Smith you are not going to get charged with anything because there is no proof she did it. This court has been dismissed, thank you.
- I´m sorry Mr. and Miss. Lopez but I just don´t get why you would blame me for this we have been next door to each other for over 10 years and nothing like this has happend before, maybe it was your puppy you just got.
- Well...no not rally because out sweet little angel would never do such a thing. He just goes out front and plays in the yard that´s all.
