I would play all different sports whether I was at the basketball courts or all different team games.
when I was a kid I loved sports like soccer
Sports were always a main topic in my house.
The older I got the more I used sports as a way to deal with stress.
Then one day I wondered what I was capable of and I could accomplish.

You're not just a little kid anymore its time to teach you discipline and things to help you for the real world.
I wondered if it was time to start being more disciplined and I was determined to try.
I realized one of the few things I had to do to start this was eating healthier.
Throughout this I continued to keep playing different sports and sports is something that really helped me clear my mind.

Working on my discipline didn't just mean health but also my school
Walking became one of my favorite things to do and I made sure to do at least 10k steps a day.
Discipline and determination have encourage me, made my mental health better and made me who I am.
I started to go to the gym and lifting weights became one of the things I did every day.
