Hey kid! Do you wanna learn how does the life cycle of a rock work?
Come and lets get started.
LETS GET STARTED!
Volcanic Eruption
So kid the first thing that'll happen to the lava after the explosion as soon at it touched the surface and cools off it turns into a rock.
Yes, this rock is what we called th Igneous Rock.
OHHHHH.... I'm learning things now.
So I'm wondering, does that rock has its own name?
Igneous Rocks
Is what I heard true that there are two types of Igneous Rocks?
So how can we Identify if which is which?
Ohhh okay okay I see.
So you can say that a rock is an Extrusive one when a magma cools off above the earths surface and you can say that it is an Intrusive rock when the magma cools off and solidify inside the earths crust.
Yes exactly. There are two types of Igneous Rock the Extrusive Igneous Rock and the Intrusive Igneous Rock.
Weathering
So what is happening here? besides of being sick.
As a human this is just a heavy rain but for Igneous rocks this is the reason why they're breaking into small pieces of rocks.
Sediment
Where are this small rocks coming from?
Sediments is the result of the processes of weathering and erosion, and subsequently transported by wind, water, and etc.
Compaction
So this is the part where a sediment constantly loses its porosity because of the effects of pressure from a pile up.
Ohhh okay noted sir.
