This is the scene where Julia and Winston eat lunch at the same table to exchange some meet-up information. This scene shows the theme of secrecy. Instead of being able to talk openly, they had to act like they were just sitting at the same table and had to use a distraction to be able to have an interaction.

This is the scene where Mrs Parson's kid hears him yelling "down with big brother". This relates to the theme of betrayal. His literal child got him arrested from something he said in this sleep, something he didn't even know he said. They are so brainwashed that betrayal is seen as a good thing.

This is the scene where Winston and Julia are being introduced into the brotherhood. This scene relates to the theme of being constantly watched. They have to turn off the telescreen to be able to talk. They also had to make sure Julia left without Winston and she had to leave earlier to not gain suspicion.They are actively rebelling so they have to do it in an less suspicious way since they are always being watched.
