My son was hit 20 times with a stick! This is a violation of his fourth amendment rights of cruel and unusual punishment.
Why is corporal punishment legal. It only lessens my school experience and is a big inconvenience. Why doesn't it even count as a violation of the fourth amendment? That amendment gives rights to certain people and wasn't what our nation was founded on.
