I have so much to do, I don't know how I can possibly get it all done
I am so excited to be an Ace Archer this year...I just don't know what to do...
Rhya realized if she wanted to be a leader, then she needed to take INITIATIVE and ask Ms. Mitchell what tasks she could do to help her. Rhya now helps Ms. Mitchell with checking in and organizing media materials and taking supplies to other teachers.

Hello, I am Rhya, Ms. Mitchell's helper. I finished all of my tasks in the media center. How may I help you?
After completing media tasks and building a good working relationship with Ms. Mitchell, Rhya was allowed to go to the front office to assist there (when media tasks were done). In the office Rhya assists with signing out students, answering the phone, and sometimes does the afternoon announcements.

This project is so fun and I love that the whole school walks by these doors and looks at what we did!

The task Rhya is most proud to have accomplished as an Ace Archer is the door decoration for the media center. She was responsible for measuring and cutting paper. She helped hang the decorations on the outside of the door.
