  • While completing said tasks, teachers should provide positive reinforcement and words of encouragement to push them to continue to try their hardest (Skinner)

  • It's important for children to learn to communicate with others and work effectively with them, even if they don't get along as they will have to do this their whole life
  • I think the most effective learning environment is one in which children are seated at tables in small groups
  • The classroom should be a blend between lectures from the teachers, and independent work time, in which the students can freely communicate and connect with each other
