- Barnum comes from a poor background and Charity is very rich, their parents don´t expect them to be together because of their standards.They decided to take a risk and move to New York together.

- Barnum gets fame it changes his attitude towards the circus, Barnum is now treating them differently. Charity also notices that Barnum has been giving a certain women attention and doesn't give her much attention anymore.
- Falling action: From now on
- After Barnum starts to close the circus and starts being ashamed about them. The Circus stands up for themselves and sings about their feelings. Barnum is left shocked and so is the people who have much fame.
- Resolution: The greatest showman
- Charity finds out that Barnum kissed this other women. Barnum acts like it's nothing but Barnum also realises that he's gonna lose his house.
- Barmun has now realized that how he was treating his wife and the circus was unfair and greedy. Barnum is willing to do anything to save his and the others jobs, he has more realization now.
- It represents a lot of things like faith,confidence, and everyone is equal. It also shows that no matter what never let yourself get down and always know that you fit in somewhere.Barnum and Charity are happy where they are at and the circus is much happier now.
