- I have to fill this survey every month. It is a lot of work, and have to repeat entering a lot of the same information every time. I wish there was an easier way to do this!

- LPTR PQE Analyst in Smyrna maintains an Excel file (LPTR) containing supplier codes, part numbers, and tries to compile a list of responsible individuals in all relevant business functions at Nissan, such as Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Warranty, Manufacturing, etc. !!
- It is really hard to keep this list complete and accurate!!

- I did not know that the ANPQP form is in Nissan ASG portal, I wish I was trained for that. I had to contact a Nissan engineer and she emailed the form to me, hopefully it is the right form!

- We, and other business functions at Nissan, need visibility to PSWs and an easy way to access the completed ANPQP documents. Everything is email! We need to ensure suppliers do not ship parts until it is approved to do so. Many suppliers do not know how to do this correctly!

- Nissan expects us to keep all completed ANPQP documents and PSWs, but we do not have a system or any good way of doing this. We sometimes lose documents! We also need to do the same with our sub-suppliers, that is very difficult, they are not very capable!
- There should be a better and quicker way!!!
- The Feasibility meeting is in 3 days and I have to create these new forms SQD sent me! I wish I knew about this sooner.
