I agree. Also, art should only deal with feeling and the brain. To achieve this well, the physical form of a work of art is irrelevant and can be discarded entirely

Building on Duchamp and Tolstoy, I believe the primary human function of art to be the ability to safely test alternates scenarios' psychological, emotional effects on the brain
Humans are psychologically distinct in their ability to consciously reflect on and interpret aesthetic experiences that don't exist. Performing arts such as theatre or film are especially effective in this space.
