- I love Emily! and I loved her first!
- Once, there was a Greek duke named Theseus. He was very chivalrous. He lived with his sister Emily.
- You broke your promise to me!
- Yea Well, you don't love me enough to give me emily!
- Yo dudes chill- let's fight like men
- Please don't kill them!
- One day, Theseus took two young lads named Arcite and Palamon prisoner. they were like brothers.
- One day, Palamon and Arcite saw emily in the garden. They both instantly fell in love with her. They disliked each other because the other loved Emily.
- Except maybe for me, cause I wanted to stay a virgin; but you know, gods' will is supposedly better....
- Arcite was released and Palamon escaped. Eventually, both thinking the other was better off, they met in the Forest and decided to fight. Then Theseus showed up and stopped them so they could have a real tournament for Emily (poor girl just wants to be left alone).
- So they had a complicated competition where Arcite won...... But then he died. So Emily was given to Palamon! And Arcite died honorably...... so a happy ending for everybody.
