- Princess Celestia vs Nightmare Moon This took place when Princess Luna (Celestia's younger sister) refused to raise the moon due to jealousy of her sister's attention. Nightmare Moon was eventually banished to the moon.
- Character vs Nature
- Princess Luna vs herself Luna has created a creature to punish herself every night when she sleeps. She has made it because she wanted to punish the evil she caused as Nightmare Moon. But, she has realized that she's doing everything she can to stop the creature, unlike Nightmare Moon would do.
- Character vs Technology
- What is this? How do you use this?
- Midnight Sparkle vs her classmates Her classmates are forcing her to release the magic she stored to help them win the "Friendship Games". But Midnight Sparkle doesn't want to, but eventually releases it.
- Character vs Supernatural
- "Mane 6"vs Parasprites The "Mane 6" are rounding up the parasprites, since they multiply. They also eat most of the objects they can find. But, Twilight's friend, Pinkie Pie, got rid of the parasprites in a strange way then her friends could have thought of.
- We have to get rid of them!
- Twilight Sparkle vs Computer Since this Twilight is from the pony world, know as Equestria, she doesn't know how to use a computer, since there are no computers in her world.
- Midnight Sparkle vs Magic Since Midnight Sparkle released the magic she stored, she became evil and started destroying the human world. She eventually realized her ways of her wrong-doings and stopped, thanks to Sunset Shimmer.
