Hoe Maak je een Customer Journey Map?

Dit is het vierde deel van onze geïllustreerde gids voor productontwikkelingsreeksen. Een deel van productontwikkeling is het begrijpen van uw klanten. Customer Journey Mapping is het proces van het bekijken van de end-to-end serie gebeurtenissen die het gehele verhaal van uw product / dienst vormen, met gebruik van uw product / service en daarna. Deze kaarten kunnen vrij lang worden en veel acteurs of personages betrekken. Zij mogen zelfs niet lineair zijn. Door deze verschillende klantenreizen te onderzoeken, is het mogelijk om belangrijke gebruiksgevallen te identificeren die uw product / service ongelooflijk goed moet doen. Dit moet alles bevatten dat momenteel veel klachten op de klant veroorzaakt (vaak zonder goede reden), en gebruiken zaken die het belangrijkste productaanbod echt verbeteren.
