Nightingales (Part 1)

- This is the story of Jana Leith. When Jana was 15, she moved to Kentucky with her mother and her 18 year old sister Remi. Remi's a beautiful young lady while Jana is a tomboy. Neither her mother nor Remi treat Jana well. Jana used to be treated nicely by her father until he died in a car crash, when Jana was 8 years old.
- The rudeness of Jana's mother grew to the point where she started to hate Jana's father since he passed away. A few days after they moved in, Jana's mother went on a business trip, taking Remi with her. Jana stayed by herself in her new house. Only her mother and Remi had the key, and there were no spares.
- On the same day, Jana was eating lunch in the cafeteria of her new school on her first day. That was when she heard other people gossipping about how the plane her mother and sister were on crashed, killing them both. Though Jana hated her mother's abuse, she felt really sorry for her.
- Jana then changed her style of clothing to be like a motorcyclist. She fell in love with a boy named Stevie and met five girls who liked rock music just like Jana: Emily, Ronda, Cindy, Liza, and Leah.

- When Jana was in her senior year in high school, she dropped out for an unknown reason. But then, the girls that she met started playing instruments for a rock band, and Jana was singing.
- Jana and the girls started playing their music live. The band name was the idea of Leah and Liza, who were part of a triplet set with their sister, Lily. Lily didn't like rock music and wasn't interested in joining a rock band, and since they felt Asian when playing, the name was created: Nightingale Floor Lilies.
