- Tupac and his mon in the song always had problems with eachother. Tupac was probably messing around in school and doing bad things so his mom kicked him out on the streets.
- When things went wrong Tupac and his sister would blame their mama. They didn't understand she was trying her best and cared for them.
- Tupac now being older, realizes his mistakes he made as a kid and that his mom was trying to keep him out of trouble and she cared for him. He thinks about how hard she tried to raise him right even though they were on welfare and were poor. Now Tupac wants to thank his mom and tell her about how much he appreciates her.
