We sneeze when there are particles that is bothering our nose like dust, pollen or fumes. When we sneeze, our nose will blow out a bunch of air and it will remove the particles and prevent it from blocking our nose and causing us to choke

If we are really sick, than when we sneeze, mucus will flow down the nose to absorb any bacteria and viruses.
