- I'm hoping Mexico doesn't fight the US over Texas!
- Many people during this time period wanted to move and have a fresh start or leave because they wanted religion freedom.
- One problem is that Texas agrees with having slaves and this would cause more fighting between whether or not Texas should be a free or slave state.
- Mexico would also want to fight for Texas and not want it to be apart of the United States.
