- In 1900 my family survived the galveston hurricane in our small Texas home
- Moved to Panama Canal housing in 1903 for my dads job
- My family and I survived the san Fransisco earthquake
- dad got deployed for world war 1
- Moved out of the Panama Canal housing and now were living in san Fransisco. Also called our grandparents due to first long distance telephone service.
