What if I used chalk and wrote on the sidewalks so that whenever people looked out their windows, they’d see messages like ‘go outside’ or encouraging quotes from my favorite books to inspire them to read and appreciate literature?

But wait! What if the police catch me? What if they arrest me—or worse, what if the residents grow furious over my protests?
Ha! You’re funny! That’s inevitable. What will make your protests powerful is how creative they are! Your messages will make civilians curious—at least aware of what your government is doing.
