Psych 2

After we finally mastered the warm up drill I realized in order for the little devils to learn to play correctly I needed to shape them in order for them to be able to last the entire game. In order to shape them I decided we needed to first just practice running to other side of the field where they would score then progressively take more steps.

All of the children of the corn started to look like they were getting antsy, so I realized I needed to do more to keep them engaged. Thankfully the school had some leftover chocolate so I decided to hand out a piece everytime the children would listen and follow drill instructions. I was using positive reinforcement without the little devils knowing.

Finally it was time to play coach Emma's favorite game "lets go home". As I was leaving my boss at Gallatin Ms. Xiomara handed me my check. I completely forgot it was the 1st of the month. Since I get paid every 1st and 16th of the month I'm on a fixed interval schedule.
