- The Rwandan Genocide
- On 6, April 1994 there was a plane that had the Burundi President and the plane was shot down shortly after. That is what started the Genocide.
- The Rwandan Genocide was a horrible mass murder that went on for 100 days. It was called the 100 day slaughter.
- Conflict Diamonds/Child Soldier
- They will make one to two dollars a day.
- They say that 4 out of 10 children become child laborers. The children work from sun up to sun down everyday.
- There are many different endangered animals but in Africa the most endangered are the elephant.
- There is a group called the Black Mambas and the are a group that protect the elephants and they go and walk the fields on the lookout for hunters.
- In Africa there are hunters that find the elephants and then they cut of the horns and just leave the animal there to suffer.
