Denisse: What do you think is the most important thing for success?
Marcos: For me, it's perseverance. Without it, no matter how many times youfall, you won't get up.
Maria: I’d say passion. If you love what you do, it’s easier to stay consistent.
Denisse: I think success is a combination of all of that. Perseverance, passion,and adaptability.
Karla: Success is also about adaptability. Changes are inevitable, and those whoadapt, thrive.

Karla: Well, besides hard work, I think attitude is everything. A positive mindsetopens many doors.
Timing too. Sometimes, being in the right place at the right time is key.
Maria: And connections, of course. Surrounding yourself with people who inspireand support you makes a big difference.
I had a job interview today, and they asked what quality makes me standout. I didn’t know what to say.
Marcos: I’ve always wondered, what makes some people so successful?

Karla: Don’t forget your teamwork skills. That’s highly valued everywhere.
